SEPTEMBER UPDATE
September was a full and fantastic month. The highlight of which was Kayla's parents visiting and meeting Jubilee for the first time. We had a blast giving them the full Thailand experience. We love love love having guests. It is so special to get to share our lives here with our loved ones.
Gospel Truck Pak Chong
Adam, Kayla and Jubilee got to all attend the second Gospel Truck event in a city about 2.5 hours north of Bangkok. It was incredible to get to be a part of the healing prayer team and to see hundreds of Thai people responding to the gospel message.
It's rainy season but that isn't stopping the spread of the Gospel!
School of Evangelism
Kayla got to teach on hearing God's voice at the school and we have continued to host the Fire Groups each Tuesday and share about hearing God's voice through His Word.
During Pam and Tom's visit, Kayla and Pam got to host a training with the School of Evangelism staff on listening prayer and inner healing prayer. It was a wonderful opportunity. There is a lot of opportunity for inner healing prayer ministry so please be praying that the Lord would lead and guide us in how that should look.
Upcoming Events
We are looking forward to our dear friends Josh, Cassidy and their daughter Evie (just 4 weeks younger than Jubilee) coming to stay with us for several months. They are incredibly passionate for the lost and in love with Jesus. We can't wait to have them here with us.
We have been praying about our future as an Iris team here in Thailand, specifically about where in Thailand we are supposed to be. We are feeling led to explore the south of Thailand and are planning a scouting trip to the south of Thailand with Lucas, Sara, Josh, Cassidy and all the kids (!!) in November.
There are very few missionaries reaching the south of Thailand for Jesus and we are passionate about reaching the unreached. There is also quite a large Muslim population. Please pray for the right connections and that God would speak to all of us clearly during the trip. We want to be wherever HE wants us!
Prayer Requests:
Pray for our continued health, we got pretty knocked out last month with a bad virus and would like to stay healthy these next several months with all the big things going on.
Pray for us as the School of Evangelism winds down that we would finish well and make good connections for the next season.
Pray for connections and direction with our scouting trip to the South.
